Delete your account
You can close your Ghostlight account and start permanent deletion of its data at any time, from the Ghostlight app or from this website. You don't need the app installed to do it here.
On the website
Sign in to your Vault with the same Google, Apple or email account you use in the app, then choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

What happens
- Your account is closed immediately and sign-in is disabled. We start deleting your stubs, ticket and event photos, notes, tags, people and forwarded ticket emails; some cleanup may continue after you're signed out.
- You're removed from shows you shared. Friends keep the names and labels they entered.
- Retained usage statistics have your account and session identifiers and personal details removed. We keep a minimal deletion receipt without contact details for two years.
- Backups, system logs and service-provider records follow their retention schedules. Deletion can't be undone.
